2. Description of service

Titulata provides automated personal data scanning. Results are informational only and do not constitute legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

The user undertakes to:

• Provide accurate credentials and connect only databases they are authorized to access.
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual property

All code, models and content are proprietary to Titulata. Generated reports may be used for internal compliance purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. We are not liable for regulatory penalties or business losses.

6. Changes and termination

These Terms may be amended with 30 days’ notice. The user may close their account at any time.
